About the Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for building new and existing relationships within the public and private sectors through the creation of agreed strategies and identifying new opportunities for business growth.

They will develop and execute plans for expanding their network of contacts to generate new enquiries and act as a key brand ambassador for Agincare's wide range of health and social care services.

About You

You will have experience within a business development type role ideally within the Health and Social Care sector. You will be able to communicate effectively and persuasively both verbally and in writing.

You will have excellent organisation skills and be highly self-motivated.

A clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential to this role, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
