We are looking for an Operations Delivery Manager to manage the service delivery of a large transport contract based across two sites in London.

You’ll be managing a team of 4 Duty Managers and 2 Team Leaders to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

As Operations Delivery Manager, you’ll be:

  • Ensuring train presentation locations performs in line with agreed performance indicators and budgetary levels
  • Carrying out performance management of staff in conjunction with the Account Lead.
  • Overseeing and monitor the performance of cleaning staff in line with specification and RAMS,
  • Planning and ensuring that cover for all areas of the train plan, in line with budgets
  • Carrying out internal audits to ensure that the cleaning standards are at the appropriate level at both sites.
  • Proactively looking at production plans and identify high priority areas to clean while maintaining flexibility in delivery.

As Operations Delivery Manager, you’ll have:

  • Excellent customer service and people management skills
  • Experience within a similar transport related cleaning management role is preferred
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
  • Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, innovative and the ability to work to tight timescales
