Do you have sales experience, ideally in retirement living? We are looking for a Retirement Living Re-Sales Co-ordinator.

As a Re-Sales Co-ordinator, you will focus on actively promoting the re-sale of our residential homes across our geography. Effectively managing and taking control of the whole the sales process from start to finish as well a dealing with estate agents, solicitors and a variety of other professionals along the way ensuring we follow up on all prospective buyers.

Using your knowledge and experience you’ll take the complexity out of the sales process. Building good relationships with customers and supporting them throughout the process, offering advice and guidance where and when required.

What will the role involve?

  • Fulfilling our Leasehold Management obligations as a landlord effectively, understanding the legislation and legal processes that are in place.
  • Responsibility for arranging viewings and taking any offers from perspective buyers
  • Overseeing the process at every level including managing accounts, sending out annual statements and arranging refunds or additional payment when necessary
  • Building trusting relationships with our customers, they will rely on me to arrange direct debits and anything else that they need advice and assistance with

This role is available as a part time fixed term contract for 12 months. You’ll work 28 hours per week, we’re flexible on days and times but needs to be over a minimum of 3 days. You can be based from any of our main offices in Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Lichfield with 2 days visiting our schemes. Regular home working is available and a basic DBS check is required.

You will have:

  • Relevant property sales experience, ideally in retirement living or at least new homes sales experience combined with a genuine interest in retirement living developments and a real passion for the very best in customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with the necessary outlook, mind set and empathy needed to act as a true ambassador for Bromford
  • The ability to see the overall picture; keeping an eye on the smallest day to day details, whilst displaying the vision to contribute to broader, longer term objectives
  • A highly-organised approach and plenty of flexibility, coupled with a resilient nature and the ability to effectively manage your own workload
  • Has access to a vehicle and a full driving licence and able to travel between schemes
