My client is an award winning regional building contractor looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to cover roles around the Manchester area. You will have forged your career to date with a regional or national building company and will be used to running your own schemes as a No.1 in excess of £5m. Experience in new build industrial., commercial and an all round generalist background would be advantageous. My client is keen to appoint someone with a good track record of working permanently for companies therefore this role would not suit those managers that have freelanced extensively through their careers. In addition my client dies not undertake residential schemes therefore a new build housing background would not be suitable.
