The Role

We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway.

We deliver support to more than 100 people across our pathway, with referrals coming from mental health professionals that we work closely alongside to ensure the people we support are successful in their accommodation.

There are lots of opportunities to work in different environments across the pathway with people who have varying levels of need. Our staff are based on site 7 days a week to provide practical and emotional support to the people who live in our services to help them build their confidence to live independently.

You will be self-motivated, solution focused, dynamic and have a genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs.
