The Route to Consumer Deployment Head will partner with the commercial leaders and cross functional business partners to develop an action plan, assign and align stakeholders and deploy Global standards to ensure we have a consistent commercial operating model across the regions and Globe.
What we can offer youSupport and coach regional hubs in identifying RTC opportunity areas and building action orientated plans that will both prioritise and capture these opportunities. Your understanding of route to consumer principles combined with an ability to work in a dynamic and cross functional environment, will set you up well to deliver against the required business transformation. Driving sales operational excellence to ensure we systematically close distribution and Minimum Execution Standards in the on and off trade outlets.
