As our Digital marketing Executive you will assist with the development of the ESS digital marketing strategy to achieve targets and key performance indicators.
We would expect that you will keep up to date with new digital marketing techniques and with a key focus on website maintenance, content, SEO and Social media.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Maintaining our website with an initial key focus on content management, alongside SEO, on page content, title tags and meta descriptions.
- Working with our Marketing Executive to coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice in line with our high standards.
- Increase the number of followers and engagement for our digital marketing and social media outputs.
- Assisting in the development of our Enterprise Management System on Kentico to understand user personas and create workflows to improve website performance.
- Develop and Maintain ESS Google ads accounts.
- Aid in driving new and existing customers to our website, promote conversion and measure results.
- Monitor, report and analyse results to gain insight, improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google My Business and others.
- Be willing to support and aid the business in developing a strategy and plan, implementation
Website Content
- Ensure the website is fully up to date and structured in the correct format with title tags, Meta descriptions and on page copy.
- Support key business areas to enhance and optimise website performance.
- Creation and management of online content like blogs, articles and case studies. Ensuring optimisation and regularity.
- Manage ESS product content uploads and optimisation
Administration
- Ensure systems are in place for regular housekeeping of the content management system
- Assist in administration and management of the ESS social media accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital marketing academic qualifications
- Competent using Photoshop, or other image manipulation software. Ability to create digital assets such as images, GIFs, Animations, banner ads, JPEGS for campaigns, newsletters using Photoshop or similar.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience of working with Content Management Systems
- SEO & PPC Knowledge.
- Must have a keen interest in digital marketing and web technologies
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
