Care Support Advisor - At Need 

Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our busy arranging team; arranging funerals by telephone and e-mail.

The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer services to their clients.

Salary: £29,537.09 per year

Hours: Full time working to rota Monday to Friday. 

About the role

You will be responsible for explaining clearly the services we offer, progressing the funeral arrangements and looking after bereaved families. 

Key duties

  • To take incoming calls, answering customer enquiries and taking Instructions.
  • Being able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company’s procedures and processes which would be applicable.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and arrangements; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.
  • Clearly explaining, in simple language the services we offer and making sure that it is what the client requires.
  • Organising the legal paperwork required for a cremation 

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential – ideally gained within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience of meeting all KPI’s
  • A good telephone manner and the ability to easily explain what we do and don't do.
  • The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate
  • The ability to record information electronically and talk to clients at the same time is a must.
  • Proven background of working within strict legal and process guidelines without detriment to the customers quality of service.
  • Working with multiple client requests simultaneously and ensuring the ability to complete each task accurately and efficiently.
  • Be self-disciplined and self-motivating
