You must be approachable and flexible, willing to have honest conversations that move people to action and have excellent time management skills; being able to juggle conflicting priorities and yet still achieve results. You will ideally have experience of scheme health and safety compliance as well as working in partnership with on-site care providers.
This role is permanent and part time working 18.75 hours per week (these hours are spread over 4-5 days, Mon-Fri). You’ll be based at our Lee Hall Place scheme in Rugeley (WS15 2FU). The role requires an Enhanced and Adult Barred List DBS check.
