The Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Central Information Services Manager to lead and manage a team within the Central Information Service (CIS) at Newcastle College.

Reporting to the Head of Student and Curriculum Information Services, you will have responsibility of leading a team of Central Service Administrators and Finance Administrators at multiple locations.

The successful candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic and thrive on motivating and managing a team that aim for excellence in the delivery of customer service, compliance and faculty support.

Summary of main purpose of Role



To deliver an efficient and effective high performing CIS function, enabling cross college delivery to all customers as part of the faculty support function across Newcastle college and at offsite (satellite) locations.

To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively managed, to ensure compliance and that of others within the team.

To develop/ support & deliver exceptional customer service and to drive high quality service delivery, within a very busy environment.

Act as project lead or representative on behalf of the CIS Team in developing & implementing cross college systems and procedures and support within faculties.
