Are you a pro-active and innovative Speech and Language Therapist with leadership skills based in the North Kent area? Are you looking to join an NHS Health and Social Care partner which is striving to make positive changes?

You will jointly lead our friendly and enthusiastic team based at Gravesham Community Hospital with another part-time (0.6WTE) Team Lead Speech and Language Therapist. As a forward-thinking and innovative team, we are always striving to improve and develop our services and we enjoy supporting colleagues to put their ideas into practice. Over the past year we have worked hard to adapt the way we deliver our services during the pandemic, whilst continuing to provide evidence-based and person-centred care. A large proportion of our intervention is currently delivered via telehealth (phone and video consultations) and we have worked hard to find creative ways to ensure we are meeting patients’ needs.

Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal base location.
