Agincare are currently recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our dedicated, passionate team in our Waterside Care Home, Peckham, London.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of our new contract with Southwark to establish a re-enablement and hospital discharge assessment service, with the wider multi-disciplinary team supporting and working within the home.

About the Role

Waterside Care Home is a unique, purpose-built Care Home which provides Residential and Nursing care. Set in a vibrant location and in its own private grounds, Waterside provides a number of single en-suite rooms, some of which have lovely views of the gardens.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to be involved in the development of our new contract working with Southwark to establish a re-enablement and hospital discharge assessment service with the wider multi-disciplinary team supporting and working within the home. We would welcome a Deputy Manager with clinical experience to help us to manage the change programme within this home to also include the admission of nursing residents. 

 

About You

  • Knowledgeable of the care sector - preferably within a care home setting
  • Valid NMC pin with no restrictions 
  • Good knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.
  • NVQ level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience leading and engaging a team of Care Managers, Seniors and Care Assistants.
