We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Officer to join our very busy Lettings team. Our aim is to provide our customers a positive journey at a stressful time. We want our customers to recommend us to everyone they know and become the landlord of choice.

What could you be doing?

In this role you will be balancing supporting our customers and providing exceptional service with meeting the needs of the business to reduce how long our available homes are empty and losing rental income. You will assess the applicants’ circumstances and their suitability to be a customer, ensuring we are creating successful tenancies and sustainable communities.

This is a role well suited to someone with drive and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as you will be working towards performance based KPIs.

Some things we need from you:

You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to resolve issues positively and objectively. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider lettings team to achieve business objectives and meet KPI targets and deadlines. 

You will have experience of working closely with customers in a result driven environment and enjoy working towards performance indicators.  A customer focussed, positive mindset is a must along with strong organisational and decision-making skills to thrive in this busy team. 

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
