Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm and 9am – 6pm – 43days office, one day remote working

The role of Customer Service  Desk Coordinator -HP is to ensure that our priority clients’ accounts are monitored and managed effectively, ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently achieved, and our customers receive a high-level dedicated service by answering queries and customer issues via a portal system.
