If you’re passionate about providing great customer service, you enjoy building relationships and having great conversations, you belong at Bromford.

To be successful here, you’ll need to be someone who genuinely cares about people. This is not your typical office or administrator job; if you enjoy interacting with a wide range of people on the phone, and if you are motivated enough to make calls proactively to engage with customers, this is the ideal role for you.

We’re looking for an Insight Advisor to join our insight team who are responsible for collecting and reporting valuable feedback about our services; you’ll spend the majority of your time talking with customers and colleagues on the phone and collecting feedback via email and text surveys too.

You’ll be targeted in this role by the amount of quality calls you complete every day, so you must be able to manage your workload effectively whilst juggling multiple priorities. You must be self-motivated and have a proactive approach to making outbound calls. You’ll be working in an environment that gives you the freedom to get on with your job without worrying about making mistakes or being open about your ideas and feedback.

This role is permanent and part time working 30 hours per week. We’re flexible on days and times (it’s a Monday-Friday, 9-5 service) but ideally you will have some flexibility for busy periods.

You can be based from any of our main offices in Lichfield (WS13 6WA), Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB), Chipping Sodbury (BS37 6JX ) or Tewkesbury(GL20 8ND).

We want somebody who has:

  • Confidence to make outbound calls to customers (direct experience of an outbound calls environment, possibly in a sales role ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident and positive telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong ICT skills and an interest in statistics, being proficient in the use of Excel would be ideal as would experience using a CRM.

If you have previous experience as a feedback advisor, feedback analyst, complaints advisor, customer care advisor, customer service advisor, or something else similar, it would be great to hear from you.

Closing date for applications is Sunday 7 April with interviews taking place Friday 12 April.
