Heritage Portfolio are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join the team at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. We operate within some of Scotland’s leading cultural destinations, including Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair, the Signet Library and Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.
With an emphasis on fresh, made from scratch cooking, our culinary teams execute outstanding catering and event services, from private dining, weddings and corporate clients to exceptional in-house café services. Under the guidance of our Head Chef and culinary development team, you will prepare and deliver a range of menus, from deli style retail offers to high end fine dining experiences, all with our overarching ethos of quality, seasonality, provenance and flavour at their heart.

Main ResponsibilitiesHeritage Portfolio is the sub-segment of Sodexo Live! that produces outstanding catering and event services for our cultural destinations. These include exceptional “in-house” café services in some of Britain’s leading visitor attractions such as V&A Dundee, The Signet Library, The Scottish National Gallery, private parties and dining, weddings and prestigious events including The Royal Garden Party for which we are honoured to have received a Royal Warrant of Appointment as Supplier of Catering Services.
