  • We've started a huge transformation programme to move SAP Business Client to S/4H where you'll be a key member of the team to ensure that we have a procurement solution that is fit for the future.
  • After implementation you will be responsible for future enhancements to the system to ensure that Greggs always have a competitive advantage.

  • Core office hours are Monday to Friday, we operate a rota to cover out of hours on call support for major incidents, which currently is 1 week in 8.
  • This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered.

  • The base location for this role is Innovate House, Newcastle upon Tyne.  Ideally you’ll live within one hour travel of this area

What you'll do

Reporting to the Functional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with business stakeholders, system integrators and other IT teams to deliver a best in class business solution.
  • Configuring S4/H and ensure all solutions are fully documented.
  • Trouble-shooting issues that might arise, and taking ownership through to finding and implementing a resolution.
  • Working with our test team to ensure any solutions are fully tested
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
About you

You will fit right into this role if you have:

  • S4H Procurement experience, or an IT background.
  • Procurement experience including but not limited to Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts, and standard Purchase Order processes.
  • Ability to problem solve, and bring issues to a resolution.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • An ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective team player and able to deliver clear individual goals.
