Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service (SQAS) is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join the service. If you are flexible, dynamic, solution-focused and good communicator, with experience in business support for frontline and operational services this could be a great opportunity.

What will you be doing?

As part of this team, you will be party to confidential and sensitive information about children their families and carers. The role will require you to minute take for various meetings, manage diaries and calendars. You will be required to write up reports and format them from recordings or notes.

You will provide proactive support to ensure that all electronic records are accurate and up to date.

You will be required to liaise with Service Managers, Local Authority Designated Officers, Social Workers, and other internal and external partners. 

About you

You are an experienced and confident minute taker

You have good organisational skills and are able to prioritise and work independently to strict deadlines.

You find it easy to relate to a wide variety of people in a warm, calm and professional manner

You are flexible and enjoy and have experience, of working within a fast changing, dynamic environment.

You are adept at using Excel and manage spreadsheets
