Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management of employees, dealing with employee engagement and employee relations issues in line with company policies and procedures 
• Mobilising new security contracts effectively, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately 
• Provide cover for sickness, holidays and emergency/ad-hoc cover as required 
• Manage a growing portfolio of client sites 
• Compiling and reviewing Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments for new and existing sites 
• Conducting employment reviews 
• Recruit, interview, train and coach new staff 
• Complete site visits, incident reports and staff welfare checks 
• Liaising closely with the Operations team 
• Promote, maintain and comply with Health and Safety legislation 
• Completing site key audits and resolving any issues promptly 

Requirements:

Essential: 

• Hold a current valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) 
• People management skills 
• Strong operational experience gained in a multi-site or area management role 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Flexibility and willingness to work out of office hours 
• Full UK driving licence 
• Have a 5-year verifiable work history 
• Strong IT skills 
• Good health and safety awareness
