Stoke-on-Trent City Council are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity as a Trainee Insurance and Claim Officer.

 

This 18-month program provides comprehensive training and practical learning experiences, enabling you to develop essential skills and knowledge in insurance practices whilst working towards a CII Level 3 Certificate Apprenticeship in Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

 

As a Trainee Insurance and Claims Officer Apprentice, you will embark on an 18-month training journey encompassing all facets of the role.

 

Collaborating with experienced professionals, you'll engage in diverse tasks vital to the effective operation of the Insurance Section and the wider organisation. Under the guidance of the team, you'll delve into the intricacies of insurance coverage, policies, and how to deal with claims brought against the Council.

 

Additionally, you'll contribute to safeguarding public funds by meticulously investigating negligence claims made against the Council.
