About the role
The HR Advisor will be joining a team preparing for growth, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and guidance to managers across the business. You will be hands on, supporting with change management projects and TUPE processes, whilst supporting with the development and updating of policies and processes. As part of the People team, you will be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s Values.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a HR generalist. You will have the ability to build exceptional relationships and have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. As we a multi-sited business, flexibility to travel and visit our different sites within the Borough is essential.
