Ready to take the next step in your Sales Administration career? Empowered Personnel has an exciting opening for a Sales Administrator based in Coventry. This Sales Administrative role is a temp to perm placement with room for professional growth.

Position: Sales Administrator
Duration: Temp to perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary Range: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Requirements & Desired Skills:
• Prior experience as a Sales Administrator is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to provide feedback and adapt to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Sales Administration tasks efficiently, including order processing via phone and email.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of any issues.
• Ensure accuracy in order processing and invoicing.
• Organise and manage paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for product availability.
• Assist with incoming calls and direct them to the relevant personnel.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director or Sales & Operations Manager.
