Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Coventry
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

Competitive Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 basic salary depending upon experience
Uncapped Commission: Enjoy 10% commission on your personal gross profit, applicable to both existing business and brand new client wins

Key Responsibilities:
360 Sales: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Business Development: Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the Transport Sector.
New Client Wins: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
Account Management: Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Out-of-Hours Responsiveness: Answer business mobile phone calls and monitor emails outside regular business hours, providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates 24/7.
Driving Success: Utilise your driving licence to visit clients enhancing your understanding of their needs and building rapport.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a B2B sales or a 360 recruitment role Industrial role
Business Acumen: A keen understanding of the Industrial industry and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Client-Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
