Senior Salmon are working with our client in Chesterfield in the search for Production Operatives to join their existing team,

Candidates will be expected to help in operating all machinery and tools required to do the job. As well as this, you will also offer help and support to other areas of the business e.g. warehousing / despatch

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Loading and Unloading machines
• Operating printing equipment
• Storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse
• Checking paperwork and manufacturing schedules
• Measuring and cutting out Fabrics
• Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the management team

This is a permanent full time role of 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, some flexibility will be required during seasonal workload as there may be occasional early starts, late finishes or weekend work.

Candidates will be required to have the following skills:

• Ability to understand instructions and requirements
• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication & IT skills.
• Ability to learn new skills.
• You will have a highly flexible working approach where you can regularly change tasks when required.
• 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn

People from a printing background would be at a distinct advantage in these roles
