Staff for Education are currently seeking to recruit a Science Teacher for a fantastic Secondary School in the Alfreton area to start after Easter. This is a part time, long term position that will be until the end of the academic year.

This is a great opportunity to work in a brilliant Secondary School that has fantastic facilities and a strong and supportive team of staff.

Main responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging general science lessons for KS3 and KS4
• Managing student behaviour in line with the schools policies
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Regularly assessing and monitoring students’ progress and giving regular feedback

In order to be considered for the position, you must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification. You must also hold a DBS Certificate on the Online Update Service or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
