Finance Assistant

Location: Andover

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £27,560 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a growing Finance Department operating in a fast paced, FCA regulated industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately allocating client payments via Aurum matching software and Xero.
  • Be a point of contact from clients who have financial queries.
  • Outbound calls to clients who are behind with their trust plans.
  • Helping department to reconcile all bank accounts using Microsoft excel.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Finance department processes

About You:

To be considered for this position you will need to have excellent telephone manner as this job will involve a good amount of client contact. You will also need to have great attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in an FCA related environment would be an advantage
