Are you a skilled Painter and Decorator with proven experience and knowledge in a your chosen trade & construction?
As part of our Home Solutions team, you will be tasked with upholding the highest standards when performing essential maintenance and repair services to our residents’ homes.

As a Decorator, you will:
• Complete assigned painting and decorating work within Eastlight’s void properties, as part of the Empty Homes team, preparing them to be re-let.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating, ensuring proper adhesion and a smooth finish. Apply your artistic skills to enhance the aesthetics of our properties, while also contributing to healthier living environments.
• Work in a courteous, professional, and safe manner, making sure that every task is completed with careful consideration for the health and safety of anybody who might be impacted by it.

• Make sure that resident house repairs are and maintained, and work to enhance Eastlight's reputation.
• Serve our customers with respect and inform them of the work that needs to be done on their premises.

• £29,229 annual base salary
• Permanent Contract
• Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)

• 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
