We are currently looking for an Technical Analyst to join our friendly team based at Tunstead in Buxton.

In the role of Technical Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class Quality / Technical function is provided to serve the Lime business, as well as ensure that support is available to Operational / Commercial staff and customers as required.

You will be responsible for customer queries, internal and external complaints, RCA investigations, sampling, testing and calibration schedules.

Ensuring compliance with specifications and related quality assurance requirements at all times, including preparation and analysis of production materials and investigation and reporting of non-conforming results.  

The ideal candidate for the role of Technical Analyst will have experience of: 

• Demonstrate numeracy / literacy adequate to understand and manipulate technical parameters and prepare written reports with technical content

• Relevant technical / laboratory experience

• Awareness of company SHE policies / procedures, and reporting requirements for Near Hits, LTIs etc.

• Working knowledge of lab test methods used in relevant industries

• Background in technical / civil engineering environment desirable, particularly if associated with quality assurance / control

• Understanding of site production methods and awareness of product range, materials, and use

• Experience of BS and EN standards, e.g. ISO 9001
