Our client, a reputable Building Services company is currently recruiting for a Scaffold Manager.

Duties will include -Supporting and guiding operatives across your projects to achieve the highest levels of Customer and Client excellence together with ensuring operational Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and regulatory compliance.

The role encompasses every stage of the project from inception to completion and requires a candidate that has good knowledge of Scaffolding.

The ideal candidate would be an Advanced Scaffolder who is looking to move from the tools into scaffolding management and grow a Scaffolding business from three teams to approx 6 developing an existing team and operate like its your own but with the guidance and support of senior management, with the assurance and support of being part of a larger company. Operating throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong IT Skills.

Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 pa (depending on experience)
