Key Responsibilities:

• To be able to Work well within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing, near Miss reporting
• Be proactive as well as reactive as and when required
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Be well presented with a professional manner
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Be able to respond and work well under pressure
• Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
• Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence
• Have the knowledge and physical ability to use fire extinguishers and other emergency equipment if required
• Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
• Must be punctual
• A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
• Security procedure knowledge
• The ability to act in a decision-making capacity

Requirements:

Essential: 

• Valid SIA Licence
• You must have a Driving Licence
• Commitment to providing first class customer service
• Good verbal and written communication
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliability
