Landmarc Support Services currently have four exciting opportunities for Training Area Operatives at STANTA Training Area in Thetford, Norfolk.
These exciting roles require no previous experience just a great attitude,
As a Variable Hours member of staff we guarantee you a minimum of 8 hours a month, this will usually be early mornings and late evenings, weekend work will be applicable.

Main Responsibilities
Attend STANTA or Thetford ranges to raise/lower range flags and open/lock gates as and when required
Handover / take back of facilities and or ranges with service users and completing the relevant documentation
Manufacturing/construction and deploying of targets
General housekeeping
Driving and operating fleet vehicles
Report and deal with unauthorised persons on the Training Estate
To liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective training area delivery
Direct, support and advise training estate users both civilian and military
To complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of Health & Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work
Experience of working in a rural setting, content working outdoors in all weathers
Basic labouring, caretaking and DIY skills
Ability to complete documentation
Basic IT skills
Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
Acts responsibly to maintain a safe environment
Have a full driver’s licence valid in the United Kingdom (essential)
