The Role
Job Title: Support Worker
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Two shifts on, two shifts off, on a rolling rota
We’re looking for someone fun, determined, kind, creative and passionate about providing young people moving through the care system with the support they need to achieve independence.
You will work within our Young People's service which offers ten flats for young people. Your role will involve adopting a psychologically and trauma informed approach to supporting young people to develop their skills, self-worth, and aspirations. You will give them assistance with accessing opportunities to develop their interests, education, gain employment, and confidently manage their own homes.
