Our Charity

P3 is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our values are that we innovate in our work. We're different, creative and like to think of new solutions. We are helpful in everything that we do. We're always friendly and approachable. We are passionate about people.
We believe that what we do can make a real and lasting difference. We are determined to tackle problems that others won't. We always go the extra mile and work with dedication and commitment. We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.

The Role

Are you a person who’s compassionate, understanding and who wants to make a difference to people’s lives?

If you care deeply about helping people with the challenges they face today, this role may be just what you are looking for….

Warwickshire Young People’s service provides supported accommodation to people between the ages of 16 and 25 with the aim of promoting and developing independent living skills which will enable people to move on into their own tenancies successfully.

As a Support Worker you will work with people predominantly housed in our dispersed accommodation, using a person-centred approach allowing people to be involved and invested in their own support. You will work alongside other agencies to ensure the people in our service receive the appropriate support tailored to their needs. You will have responsibility for ensuring that all support plans and safety management plans are completed and up to date, rent accounts are managed and weekly key work sessions are held. In addition, you will also be completing and monitoring the health and safety of the property.

You will be people focused, with strong communication and listening skills as you build and maintain relationships with people, your team and partner agencies. Being friendly, proactive, positive, and approachable is a must and an understanding of a trauma informed approach will ensure you are committed to P3’s values in our delivery of services.
