The Role
Job Title: Head of Support & Community Services
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; flexibility required
Across Coventry and Warwickshire, P3 deliver a range of services to people who are having a tough time, sustaining their accommodation, dealing with homelessness or having just left care.
Our current Head of Service has been promoted, so we’re looking for someone who will lead our services with care, compassion and kindness, keeping people that we work alongside at the centre of service design and delivery.
The successful candidate will have an eye for operational detail and the ability to inspire our talented teams to do their best, as well as engaging with the opportunity to innovate and test out new ideas to develop services. They will also be great at listening and responding to the people that we work alongside, commissioners, and partner agencies.
With a curious and empathetic nature and with a values base in line with our own, you will lead a team of four brilliant Operations Managers across the region as well as being part of our national operational leadership team to ensure that P3 is an organisation that is doing it’s best for everyone, everywhere, all of the time.
