JOB ROLE: Support Worker

LOCATION: Kidderminster (DY11)

PAY RATE: £12.00 to £12.70* per hour

SHIFTS: 08:00-20:30PM & 20:30-08:00AM

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking full time support workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Honeybrook in Kidderminster - part time hours can also be considered.

About Honeybrook House:

Honeybrook House supports ten people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and is focused on delivering support that is person-centred to the individual. We strive to develop and maintain skills within a nurturing and supportive environment.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
