The curriculum leader has a strong learning, teaching and assessment background in this vocational area, providing support to the Head of Curriculum in the management of the section and in ensuring the delivery of a high standard of learner experience. The curriculum leader line manages direct reports to ensure high levels of performance within the curriculum area.

The successful candidate will hold a full teaching qualification (or have equivalent experience) exceptional industry experience to inform the curriculum and the development of the teaching and support team, will be a great motivator of a professional team and work with initiative and drive. An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential. The hours of work will be flexible and may include evening and weekends according to demand.
