As an enforcement an monitoring(Development Contributions) Officer, your role involves offering guidance in the realm of all S106 and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters. This means you'll be the go-to person for providing specialist advice.

You will assist the Principal Enforcement and Monitoring Officer in overseeing the provision of appropriate and timely advice on all matters relating to Developer Contributions, including leading the monitoring, collection, distribution, and enforcement of S106 planning obligations and any payments made under the community infrastructure levy regulations. You'll undertake planning enforcement action in the event of non-compliance.

This role sits within our Enforcement and Monitoring Team, reporting to the Head of Enforcement and Monitoring.

What will you be doing?

Your day to day will be varied and busy! You will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the S106 and CIL team and will have the benefit of a varied and exciting caseload.

You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities within a pressurised environment and be motivated to enable WNC to achieve the best for our residents, ensuring compliance with performance indicators and fostering a positive, proactive approach to development projects. 

About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Enforcement and Monitoring Officer to join our busy and friendly Enforcement and Monitoring (Development Contributions) Team for 37 hours per week.  

Ideally you will also have experience working with S106 Agreements and CIL Administration and excellent communication and administration skills.
