What you’ll do: ​

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees

• Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems  

• Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting  

• Log and transfer calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff 

• Planning and implementation of forward scheduling / reaction to short notice cover requirements for security officers

• Ensure scheduling of security rotas for Sodexo sites is implemented  

• Monitor & supervise the delivery of customer support requests ensuring deadlines are met

• Ensure cleanliness standards are met 

What you bring: 

• Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities  

• Excellent computer skills required

• Excellent communication and awareness skills 

• Experience in working in a similar role is a must

• Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
