Job Title: Corporate Security Officer (Front of House)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.11
Work pattern: Full-time, day shift position with overtime available (Monday to Saturday shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing the security desk, greeting visitors, employees, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
- Access / Egress control
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations
Requirements:
Essential:
- Valid SIA Licence
- Commitment to providing first class customer service
- Good verbal and written communication
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability
