Staffright Group are an award winning, independent recruitment agency, based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The business was originally established in 1996, we operate very successfully in the construction, driving, healthcare and industrial sectors, across the South East of England out of our Ipswich and Southend offices.
Due to the outstanding success of our construction division, we are seeking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our team. The role is based out of our central Southend office; however you will be covering Essex and East London.
The ideal candidate will live in or around Essex, as the role will be mainly field based, with a day or two a week spent in the Southend office. You will have the support of an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, based in Southend full-time, to help source and fulfil your positions.
As you would expect, the role will involve selling into the built environment, visiting building sites and customer head offices, building relationships with Site Management, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers and Directors. A warm desk in Essex is available to develop and grow.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, having run a temporary desk, ideally in the construction sector. But this is not essential, applicants from other sectors will be considered. More important is that you can demonstrate a successful career building a thriving temp desk.
It is essential to this position that you have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle, a generous car allowance is payable. However, a company car and fuel card could be made available for the right applicant, after a qualifying period.
