Following a recent restructure, to support in the efficient delivery of our HMRC Inland Border contract we are seeking a proven Operational Manager that champion change, lead by example and empower a large workforce to deliver upon our vision.
You will have high standards, credibility and conduct yourself with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the client whom are based on site.
In this role clear, consistent, and open communication channels between the workforce, senior management and the client is absolutely paramount so we are looking for someone that can connect, negotiate and influence with sincerity.
Success of this role will be determined on two fronts;
- Ensuring the sites remains open with no down time 24 hours a day 365 days per year
- Meeting Dwell time
A background in logistics or knowledge of logistics would be advantageous but not essential.
