You will be working directly for the Operations Director as a Strategic Projects Manager and be responsible for the development of systems and processes within the Business.

Key Responsibilities

Tasked with establishing a stand-alone dry hire offering, you will take ownership of the day to day progress of the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and any other Central Strategic Projects.
Focal point for strategic projects, systems and operational enhancements outwit the scope and capacity of the current Operations Team.
Providing the additional capacity to own operationally enhancing projects that are out with the capacity of the current management team, due to day to day commitments.
Being an integral part of the Senior Operations Team.
Understanding of every aspect of TPA – particularly the operational side of the Business.

What We’re Looking For

Have either direct or transferable skills in Project Management.
Be a keen problem solver with excellent communication skills.  
Be ambitious and driven in achieving positive results and developing within the role and the business.
Be contentious and approachable, with a track record of working with different stakeholders and managing priorities.
Be able to appropriately challenge current ways of working with suggestions for more efficient and productive improvements.  
Full UK Driving Licence essential.
Must be able to be in the Worksop office a minimum of 3 days a week.
