The Role:

We are seeking dynamic and inspirational leaders to oversee the development and implementation of curriculum strategies across two of our Curriculum Academies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate educators, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning and delivering an outstanding student experience.

As Head of Department, you will lead with inspiration, vision and direction working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the curriculum and service offer is aligned to local needs.

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and a deep understanding of curriculum development principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
