Human Resources Business Partner

Office based in Lufton Somerset, covering the South West Region- Hereford & Worcester, Stoke & Shrewsbury

£47,000 + £3,800 Car Allowance

40 hours per week | Mon – Fri

 

We are seeking an adept HR Professional to join us as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing crucial support to our South West Region- Children’s services. With frequent travel across various sites, you will play a key role in guiding HR processes, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

 

About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Managers throughout the company, delivering impartial and consistent advice. Your responsibilities will include providing HR support and guidance to Regional managers, managers, and employees, aligning with policies, procedures, and legal standards. With a robust understanding of UK Employment Law, you will support HR key performance indicators and confidently provide advice across all levels of seniority.

You will lead various projects, such as acquisitions/mergers, staff surveys, engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and HR process improvements. This role encompasses a full generalist remit, covering employee relations, talent management, succession planning, restructuring, harmonization, TUPE, and other HR projects.

About You:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
  • Own vehicle and Full UK driving licence required
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in a strategic HR position
  • 2 years' previous experience in a Business Partner role or equivalent
  • Comfortable in a matrix environment, utilizing influencing skills
  • Sharp intellect, well-developed communication, and problem-solving skills
