So…. What is this role exactly?

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based at our modern Retirement Living Scheme, Kingswood, Chester (CH2 2FF).

What will my working week look like? 

The hours for the Administrator role are 17.5 hours over a 2-week rota are:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday 9am – 2pm

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-2pm

What will I be responsible for doing?

As our Administrator, you will work as part of a small team to provide front of house services, carry out general administration duties and work with the Scheme Manager in organising and delivering social events for the scheme.

And what would make me stand out from the crowd?

You’ll have great communication skills and be a genuine “people person” and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.  You’ll have good knowledge of IT systems and excellent organisational skills, being able to assess, prioritise and organise your own workload.
