Job Title: Recruitment Manager 

Location:  Chesham/ Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £40,000

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Oversee the vetting process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly adhering to BS7858.
  • Manage background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
  • Work closely with HR to maintain accurate records of personnel files.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and vetting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment and vetting metrics.


Requirements:

Essential: 

  • Proven experience in recruitment preferably in the security or facilities management industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment software and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

 

Desirable 

  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards to BS7858:
