Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments and interviews.
- Oversee the vetting process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly adhering to BS7858.
- Manage background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Work closely with HR to maintain accurate records of personnel files.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and vetting.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment and vetting metrics.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably in the security or facilities management industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment software and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Desirable
- Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards to BS7858:
