Design Engineer
Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Design Engineer for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area.
Salary & Package
£30,000.00 - £50,000.00 DOE.

Day Shift
Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
Qualifications & Experience
Design Engineering degree.
HNC or HND.
Experience of using CAD.
Experience of using Solidworks.
Required
Utilise CAD to produce design ideas.
Utilise Solidworks.
Use already designed concepts to produce prototypes.
Take designs through the production stage.
Analyse design proposals and technical details.
Implement design solutions when issues are identified during the product design process.
Present design ideas, simulations and cost proposals to clients.
Attend meetings and deliver presentations internally.
Be able to tailor designs around client’s requirements to meet their needs.
Keep accounts of all technical documentation.
Review existing products and propose design changes to develop the product range.
Research new trends in the market.
Support designing new projects that come into the business.
Support the technical staff and work closely with them.
Benchmark practices and designs.
This role is suited for a Design Engineer who wants to join a fast-paced manufacturing business. You’ll be required to design products, identify issues, put solutions in place using CAD software to finalise quality products. You’ll have the opportunity to develop yourself within the organisation and push the company forward.
