Estate Agent and Viewing
As part of the sales team you will play a vital part in assisting vendors and buyers with their property needs. If you have a passion for Estate Agency and enjoy working in a friendly, supportive workplace, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Discussing properties with vendors and buyers delivering excellent customer service, face to face and on the phone.

- Viewing properties with buyers when required
- Discussing offers with applicants and vendors
- Entering data to systems and keeping information up to date
- Email all clients promptly and with correct information
- Ensuring properties are posted on the websites and on display boards in the office
- Ensure registered applicants are kept up to date when new properties are on the market
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required

- IT skills - microsoft office preferred
