Key responsibilities 


  • To achieve revenue targets within a defined geographical area.
  • Increase spend with existing Customers and identify / develop additional sustainable revenue opportunities through business development activities.
  • Offer technical advice and consultation with new and existing clients regarding their access requirements.
  • Ensure that solutions offered are completed as per TPA required standards.
  • Account manage existing Customer base to ensure that Customer experience is positive and any issues are owned and resolved as and when required.

What we’re looking for 


  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a technical sales role
  • Experience of Business development specifically within the hire/rental industry
  • Proven Business development experience and able to create and adhere to Business development plans to determine route to market at a sector and Target Customer level.
  • Experience of using web based formats and Social media to generate new business opportunities
  • Ability to  accurately maintain a customer CRM system daily to record activities
  • Experience of creating and delivering monthly reports to Senior Management team relating to your own geographical area of ownership and new business results
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and to see that challenges are not a problem or threat
  • Can display a competency with creating bespoke presentations (In PowerPoint) for Customer meetings both face to face and over Video calls
  • Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
