We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our in-house Investment team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
You will play a pivotal role within the sales and marketing department, reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. We envision homes catering to families' needs, acting as a springboard to help them achieve their aspirations rather than posing as a barrier.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will inspire and guide the sales and marketing team, who generate in excess of £100M in income, accounting for about 20% of Bromford’s annual revenue by consistently hitting monthly targets. The effectiveness of our customer awareness and brand-building activities is instrumental in achieving these goals.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, full-time opportunity and is known as a ‘roaming’ position. This means you will be located at our Tewkesbury office but will also be required to travel to our other offices in Lichfield, Wolverhampton or Chipping Sodbury. Your working week will be split between working in the office, on site and home. Due to the nature of travel, is essential that you have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Due to the nature of this role, it will also be subject to a Basic DBS check.
